Beth Myers, LPCC, is a licensed mental health counselor with a master’s degree in addiction therapy. With six years of experience as a therapist, she has worked extensively with addictions, domestic violence, trauma, and mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. She believes in establishing a true partnership with her clients, helping them navigate struggles that affect their daily functioning and quality of life.
Beth recognizes that substance abuse, trauma, and mental illness can create significant barriers to living a meaningful and purposeful life. Her greatest joy comes from watching her clients transform as they heal and overcome the challenges that once held them back. She is trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, meditation, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.
